About Jennifer LaMarI’ve always been drawn to hospitality—the energy, the creativity, and the experience of bringing people together. Growing up around restaurants and working in customer-facing roles early on gave me a deep understanding of the guest experience and how thoughtful marketing can influence the way people connect with a brand.
I began my career in design, where I developed a strong foundation in brand storytelling and visual identity. Over time, I naturally transitioned into marketing and brand strategy, where I could play a larger role in shaping how brands grow and show up in the world. Today, I work as a Brand and Marketing Manager specializing in hospitality and lifestyle concepts, leading rebrands, launching new venues, and driving marketing strategy for both emerging and globally recognized brands like Guinness Open Gate Brewery Chicago.
My work spans campaign strategy, experiential marketing, partnerships, and brand system development, ensuring every touchpoint supports both the brand story and business goals. I’ve led rebrands, launched new concepts from the ground up, and managed existing brand portfolios to maintain consistency and evolve them as they grow.
What motivates me most is helping bring brands to life—translating strategy into experiences people genuinely connect with, and building marketing that drives both engagement and long-term brand value.
Outside of work, my passion for food and hospitality continues at home and through travel, cooking, and exploring new restaurants—experiences that continue to shape how I think about brand and guest experience.
Currently based in Chicago, with plans to relocate to Denver. Open to Denver-based and remote brand and marketing opportunities.
