Corporate Rebrand and Brand System Development

Roles & Responsibilities

I initiated and led the full corporate rebrand from strategy through implementation, working closely with leadership to redefine the company’s brand foundation and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Led brand strategy and positioning development
• Developed the visual identity and brand system
• Created comprehensive brand guidelines
• Directed rollout across digital and physical platforms
• Ensured adoption across internal teams and new concepts

Opportunity

Infuse Hospitality was growing rapidly, with multiple new concepts and expanding operations. The existing brand lacked a clear identity and cohesive system, creating inconsistencies across marketing, digital platforms, and customer-facing materials.

The goal was to redefine the corporate brand and create a scalable system that could support the company’s growth, future concepts and be more credible.

Brand Strategy

As Infuse Hospitality expanded its portfolio and services, the existing brand no longer reflected the company’s scale, expertise, or future direction. I initiated the rebrand to establish a more modern, credible identity that could unify the corporate brand and support future concept launches.

The new brand positioning focused on balancing professionalism and creativity—reflecting Infuse’s role as both an operator and creator of hospitality experiences. The identity needed to feel confident, scalable, and flexible across multiple business functions and concepts.

Identity Development

I designed a complete visual identity system, including logo, typography, color palette, and brand guidelines.

The logo icon draws inspiration from the pineapple—a symbol of hospitality—while also resembling a spark, representing innovation and the creation of new ideas. This dual meaning reinforced Infuse’s role in developing and launching hospitality concepts.

The color palette balanced deep, professional tones with vibrant accents to reflect both operational expertise and creative energy. The system was designed to remain flexible across digital platforms, marketing materials, and physical environments.

Rollout & Implementation

Beyond developing the identity, I led the rollout of the new brand across the organization—ensuring consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.

This included:

• Corporate website and digital platforms
• Marketing materials and sales presentations
• Internal templates and brand standards
• Environmental and physical brand applications
• Integration across new and existing hospitality concepts

I also created brand guidelines to ensure long-term consistency and adoption across teams.

Impact

The rebrand established a clear and scalable foundation for Infuse Hospitality’s continued growth.

• Created a cohesive corporate identity used across all company platforms
• Improved brand consistency across multiple hospitality concepts
• Provided a scalable system for future concept launches
• Strengthened Infuse’s positioning as a modern hospitality group
